Terms & Conditions For Proprietors Subscription

Please read these terms & conditions carefully before subscribing to our vendor services. By subscribing, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions, and by subscribing as a vendor/proprietor, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms & conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from subscribing to the vendor services.

Subscription Agreement:

• By subscribing to the vendor services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement. This agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you (the vendor) and our company (The Mate Group Sdn Bhd).
• You have agreed to be in partnership with The Mate Group Sdn Bhd which is a tiered-subscription online platform for your business and/or services.
• You agree to share your company details which include prices, packages, photos, videos, and social media materials.

Subscription Plan:

• The subscription plan operates on a month-to-month basis, adhering to the tiered payment structure outlined in the proprietors’ pricing plan

Vendor Eligibility:

• To subscribe as a proprietor, you must be a legally recognized business entity or a sole proprietorship duly registered with Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (SSM).
  You must provide accurate and up-to-date information about your business during the subscription process.
• If there are any alterations to your property information, you may conveniently make edits through your profile. However, for adjustments to your pricing and packages, it is your responsibility to communicate the latest updates by sending an email to us.
• Bills will be issued on the first day of each month, and payment is required by the 7th of the same month. Failure to comply with this payment schedule will result in the termination of your account.
• Failure to pay within the stipulated time will cause you to lose access to your property profile and you are no longer eligible to receive any new leads.
  Upon opting to resubscribe to our platform, it is important for you to settle the previous pending bills and a penalty of RM1,000 will be imposed.

Services and Obligations:

• As a subscribed proprietor, you agree to provide high-quality services to clients referred through our platform, maintaining professionalism and adhering to industry standards. You are solely responsible for the quality, accuracy, and timely delivery of your services.
• We do not interfere between you and your clients. You will directly liaise with your clients, managing all aspects of communication, bookings, and payment procedures independently.

Profile and Content:

• You are responsible for creating and maintaining an accurate and up-to-date property profile on our platform. You agree to provide truthful and complete information about your business, services, and portfolio. You retain ownership of the content you submit and you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display and promote your content on our platform.

Reviews and Ratings:

• Clients may leave reviews and ratings for your services. You understand and accept that these reviews are subjective opinions and that we are not responsible for their content. However, we receive the right to moderate and remove reviews that violate our content guidelines or are deemed inappropriate.

Amendments:

• We reserve the right to modify or update these terms & conditions at any time. You will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our vendor services constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms & conditions.

Liability:

• While we strive to provide a reliable platform to promote your business, products, and services, we cannot be held responsible for any losses, damages, or disputes arising from the proprietor-client relationship. Any issues or disputes between you and clients must be resolved independently. The Mate Group Sdn Bhd holds no responsibility nor accountability for such issues and disputes between vendor and user.

Termination:

• We reserve the right to terminate your vendor subscription immediately in the case of non-compliance with these terms & conditions or for any other valid reason.

Breach of Agreement:

• Failure to pay monthly invoices within the payment period will result in your property being suspended and terminated with prior notice.
• If you provide inaccurate information about your property prices and packages, we have the right to suspend and terminate your property profile
